Your breathing impacts your emotional and physical state  20.000 times per day.

helping high-achievers feel grounded, in control and fulfilled

without sacrificing success.

Do you know The price of your achievements?

Trouble falling asleep, waking up tired, neck pain, panic, fatigue or even feeling burnt-out-

If this is you, stress has had a durable imprint on your physiology- and your autonomic nervous system false-positively labels everyday life as a threat to survival.

Effects of this chronic „fight or flight“ mode reach from impairing your capability to be patient, connect with others or rest, to limiting your potential performance.

breathwork will not make

your stress go away-

but it will change the

impact it has on you.

Breathing: cause and cure for stress and anxiety

Stress changes your short- and longterm breathing pattern²- but also: your brain takes your way of breathing as an input about the safety of your environment, adjusting your state of mind and body to what seems to be necessary.

Modulating breathing therefore has the potential to both:
– keep you in a state of fight or flight, making it impossible to focus, connect or be calm
– or: create a baseline of calm and safety, enabling you to rest, recover, socially engage and perform at your best.

Christian, Senior Account executive

To start with, I would say that I live an intense lifestyle, which naturally comes along with challenges. When starting to work with Stephie, I had anxiety attacks, felt disconnected from by body and was in fight or flight mode 24/7. Even though breathwork sounded a bit  „granola and spiritual bubble“ to me, I was also intrigued when meeting Stephie and talking about the science behind it and so we started working together. The tailored practices she guided me through always were right on point and in line with how I was doing and with what I wanted to achieve. Ultimately, they helped me to effectively cope and regulate my anxieties, with the result that breathing practices are now part of my day-to-day life.

Heiko, CEO

I find working with Stephie very pleasant and relaxing but at the same experience our sessions as very focused and challenging. As a coach, Stephie is both highly professional while also very approachable and sympathetic. She adapts spontaneously to my needs and feelings at all times and I learn something new about my body, my breathing and my emotions every session- and most importantly, I learn how to reconcile the three of them.

Claudia, CEO Munich Coaching School

‚Breathing is so relaxing and meditative‘ – you hear people say, but for me, it felt like the opposite: it was something I preferred not to actively deal with because it worried me more than it calmed me down.
Then Stephie came along and blew me away with her in-depth knowledge about the effect of breathing on the body, mind and soul. For the first time I was excited – realising that this is not just a myth, but that changing my breathing would have a real, scientifically proven effect!
From the beginning I trusted Stephie – and that is super important for me because breathing is so very intimate and makes me feel vulnerable. Stephie has the ability to tune into me in a deep way. My issues quickly became apparent and they gradually dissolved in a gentle way. No pressure, just gentle guidance. And in a miraculous way, the wonderful world of breathing opened up to me .
Thank you from the bottom of my heart Stephie!
